       The Committee on Education (Benacquisto) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5  school, or secondary school, whether public or nonpublic. This
    6  subsection does not apply to the distribution or posting of
    7  instructional materials that by design serve as a major tool for
    8  assisting in the instruction of a subject or course by school
    9  officers, instructional personnel, administrative personnel,
   10  school volunteers, educational support employees, or managers as
   11  those terms are defined in s. 1012.01.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 10
   16  and insert:
   17         “school property”; providing an exception; providing
   18         an effective date.
