       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 385 - 388
    4  and insert:
    5  focus on the purpose of the EAA reservoir project, which is to
    6  provide additional water storage and conveyance south of the
    7  lake to reduce the volume of regulatory discharges of water from
    8  the lake to the east and west, as well as to provide water to
    9  the natural system south of the reservoir.
