       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 285
    4  and insert:
    5  project is prohibited; however, this prohibition expires if, by
    6  January 1, 2022, the land for the EAA reservoir project has not
    7  been acquired or the post-authorization change report, developed
    8  pursuant to subsection (5), has not received congressional
    9  approval.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 19
   14  and insert:
   15         requiring the district to identify certain lands;
   16         prohibiting the use of eminent domain in the
   17         Everglades Agricultural Area for the purpose of
   18         implementing the reservoir project; providing for
   19         expiration of the prohibition on a specified date
   20         under certain circumstances;
