    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. The amendments made to paragraph (9)(a) of s.
    6  112.313, Florida Statutes, by section 3 of this act, apply to
    7  members of the Legislature who begin a new term of office after
    8  the effective date of this act.
