Senator Farmer moved the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Between lines 265 and 266
4 insert:
5 (8) This section may not be construed to prohibit an
6 employer from offering an incentive to employees for voluntarily
7 receiving a COVID-19 vaccination.
8 (9) An employer must grant an employee up to 3 weeks of
9 paid leave if the employee is exposed to or contracts COVID-19
10 or if the employee’s immediate family member is exposed or to or
11 contracts COVID-19.
12 (10) An employee who contracts COVID-19 as a result of
13 exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace is entitled to workers
14 compensation under chapter 440.
