       Senator Taddeo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 265 and 266
    4  insert:
    5         (8) An employer that, as a result of complying with the
    6  requirements of this section, is unable to implement all safety
    7  measures approved or recommended by the Federal Government to
    8  protect its employees or customers from exposure to COVID-19 is
    9  entitled to reimbursement from the Legislature for any loss of
   10  revenue or profit suffered as a result of COVID-19 infections or
   11  the threat of COVID-19 infections.

   15         Delete line 40
   16  and insert:
