       Senator Taddeo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 174 - 180
    4  and insert:
    5  administrative fine not to exceed $50,000 per violation for an
    6  employer with 100 or more employees. An employer with fewer than
    7  100 employees may not be fined under this subsection.
    8  Additionally, the Attorney General may not impose a fine on an
    9
