       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 462 and 463
    4  insert:
    5         4. Maintains professional liability coverage, that includes
    6  coverage for telehealth services, in the amount and manner
    7  consistent with s.458.320(1)(b) or in the amount of the
    8  professional liability coverage requirements established by
    9  applicable law in the telehealth provider’s licensing
   10  jurisdiction, whichever coverage amount is greater.
   11
