       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (301346) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 763
    5  and insert:
    6  affidavit in order to cure the unsigned absentee ballot. A
    7  supervisor who receives an absentee ballot that does not include
    8  the elector’s signature must notify the elector of that fact
    9  along with the procedure for curing such deficiency within 48
   10  hours of receipt.
