       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 10 - 12
    4  and insert:
    5  date fixed therein, the 2016 Regular Session of the Legislature
    6  shall convene on January 12, 2016.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 4
   11  and insert:
   12         in the year 2016; providing an effective date.
