AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE FUNDING OF THE DELAWARE INSURANCE FRAUD PREVENTION BUREAU. |
Section 1.Amend Title 18, §415, of the Delaware Code by deleting "$550" and substituting in lieu thereof "$750".
SYNOPSIS

This Bill raises the annual assessment paid by all insurance companies licensed in the State of Delaware from $550 in effect since 1995, to $750.The change of assessment will enable the Delaware Insurance Fraud prevention Bureau to continue its operation without contribution from the General Fund. |
