SENATE BILL NO. 279

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SCHOOL BUS DRIVER'S LICENSES.


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:


Section 1.Amend §708 (b)(7)(g), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by deleting "less than 5 years have passed since the person" and substituting in lieu thereof "the person has".


SYNOPSIS

This Bill removes the five year wait from discharge of all sentences for minor felonies, to other license eligibility.
