148th GENERAL ASSEMBLY

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21

ADDING A MEMBER OF OMNIA HUMANITAS TO THE CITIZENS ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR WHITE CLAY CREEK STATE PARK.

WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 19 of the 146^th General Assembly established a Citizens Advisory Council for White Clay Creek State Park; and

WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 26 of the 146^th General Assembly added additional members to the Citizens Advisory Council for White Clay Creek State Park; and

WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Council for White Clay Creek State Park ("Council") has proven to be an exceptional advisory council;

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 148^th General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the Senate concurring therein, that the Council shall be continued.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an additional voting member on the Council shall be added, who is a member of Omnia Humanitas and selected by the President of the Board of Directors of Omnia Humanitas.

SYNOPSIS

This House Concurrent Resolution continues the Citizens Advisory Council for White Clay Creek State Park and adds a voting member from the Omnia Humanitas organization.
