HOUSE BILL NO. 6

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIFIC OFFENSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend �616(b), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting the letter "F" as it appears after the word "class" and before the word "felony" and substituting in lieu thereof the letter "E".

SYNOPSIS

This bill changes the penalty for the offense of gang participation from a class F felony to a class E felony.
