AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE |
Section 1.Amend §2206(b), Chapter 22, Title 13, Delaware Code by adding a new sentence at the end of this subsection to read as follows:
"The Division shall release information from its files and records to a court-appointed guardian or to a person appointed pursuant to a durable power of attorney.".
