HOUSE BILL NO. 449

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PLANNING & ZONING.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend §6803(c)(1), Title 9 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "representative" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the word "council".

SYNOPSIS

This bill merely makes a technical change by indicating that Sussex County Planning & Zoning Commission appointments are based on county council districts rather than representative districts.
