Summary

Section 1 of this bill makes a technical change to the Delaware Code. Section 2 of this bill requires permanent revocation of the license of any person convicted of a felony sexual offense. Section 3 of this bill and makes it a ground for discipline if a licensee fails to report child abuse or neglect as required of every person by 16 Del. C. 903, or if a licensee fails to report to the Board any clinical social worker other healthcare professional who is reasonably believed to be guilty of unprofessional conduct or physically or mentally incapable of practicing their profession. It also provides that any licensee who makes a good faith report against a clinical social worker or other healthcare professional is not subject to civil or criminal liability for reporting.
