Summary

This amendment to the Town of Delmar Charter clarifies how a member of the Town government can be disqualified and removed from office. Also the Town Council shall determine the salary for the Mayor and members of Council by a two-thirds vote of the elected members of Council. This amendment has been approved and requested by the Town of Delmar Council and a public hearing on this amendment was held by Council on July 29, 2013.
