This bill recognizes that the Delaware Code is now available online and that fewer printed copies of the Delaware Code are necessary. The current Code outlines a minimum number of printed copies to be provided to each agency and certain officials throughout the State. Many agencies have requested fewer printed copies, but the current Code and policy requires Legislative Council to provide them. All copies and supplements are paid centrally by Legislative Council. Any additional copies of the Delaware Code will become the responsibility of the requesting agencies.
