Summary

As introduced it establishes mandatory reporting of suspected instances of financial exploitation of seniors and vulnerable adults applicable to banks, credit unions, and other depository and non-depository institutions, insurers, broker dealers and investment advisors. Among other things it makes regulated entities eligible for immunity from civil and administrative liability for reporting, disclosure, and disbursement delays.
