Summary

As introduced, this bill requires that the Mayor, Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services, District of Columbia Office on Aging, and Commission on Aging to include LGBTQ seniors and seniors with HIV as a group of social need. Among other things, it establishes explicit rights and legal protections for LGBTQ seniors and people with HIV in long-term care.
