Summary

As introduced, this bill expands the health professionals authorized to recommend medical marijuana for treatment. It allows individuals with convictions for possession of less than two ounces of marijuana to be registered as employees, agents, directors, officers, members, incorporators and managers of medical marijuana facilities. It also expands the amount of patients a caregiver in the hospice or palliative care industry can serve.
