RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ALLOWING FOR EARLY VOTING DURING STATE ELECTIONS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Constitution of the state of Connecticut be amended to provide that an elector may cast a ballot at a state election during the five calendar days, except Sunday, prior to the day of such state election.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for early voting at elections held in even-numbered years.
