RESOLUTION PROPOSING A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT CONCERNING TERM LIMITS FOR MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That section 10 of article third of the Constitution of the state be amended to provide that no senator or representative shall serve more than six terms in such office.

Statement of Purpose:

To place term limits on members of the General Assembly.
