AN ACT IMPLEMENTING RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COMMISSION ON ENHANCING AGENCY OUTCOMES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Administrative Services, in consultation with the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, shall prepare a plan to implement the recommendations of the Commission on Enhancing Agency Outcomes. The commissioner shall submit such plan to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to government administration and elections and appropriations and the budgets of state agencies not later than December 1, 2011, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

To implement the recommendations of the Commission on Enhancing Agency Outcomes.
