AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSOLIDATION OF NON EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each municipality to study the feasibility of consolidating noneducational services within its school system within one year.
Statement of Purpose:
