AN ACT CONCERNING THE CALCULATION OF THE EXCESS COST THRESHOLD FOR ALLIANCE DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to exclude alliance district funding from the calculation of a board of education's average per pupil educational costs for the purpose of the excess cost threshold for special education.
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude alliance district funds from the calculation of the excess cost threshold for alliance districts.
