AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPIRATION DATE OF MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSES ISSUED TO NONRESIDENT ALIENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that any motor vehicle operator's license issued to a nonresident alien shall expire on the day such person's visa expires.
Statement of Purpose:
To require motor vehicle operator's licenses to expire when the operator's right to lawfully be in this country expires.
