AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTY FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to double fines for the unauthorized use of all-terrain vehicles on municipal or private property, or on any property where use of such a vehicle is not permitted, and to authorize law enforcement officials to tow or otherwise remove such vehicle from the property.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase the penalties for unauthorized use of all-terrain vehicles.
