AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURE OF MEDICAL TEST RESULTS TO PATIENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-7c of the general statutes be amended to allow clinical laboratories to provide medical test results to patients.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit laboratory test results to be given directly to patients.
