AN ACT CONCERNING THE STUDY OF THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the study of the effectiveness of providing community-based health care services to include (1) the cost savings to Medicaid, and (2) payment models for expanded services by emergency medical services personnel.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the study of the effectiveness of providing community-based health care services.
