AN ACT CONCERNING THE ETHANOL CONTENT OF GASOLINE SOLD IN CONNECTICUT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to reduce the ethanol content requirement for gasoline sold in the state to the lowest level required by federal law in order to not lose federal funding.

Statement of Purpose:

To require state gasoline ethanol levels to not have to exceed the federal standard.
