AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS AND DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF AGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to notwithstand subdivision (3) of subsection (b) of section 46a-64c of the general statutes and prohibit any housing development established with Connecticut Housing Finance Authority funds from discriminating on the basis of age in the creation, marketing or any other dealings related to the development.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any housing development established with Connecticut Housing Finance Authority funds from discriminating on the basis of age.
