AN ACT CREATING A CENTRALIZED STATE PERMITTING OFFICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a centralized state permitting office with streamlined procedures that shall be responsible for issuing all business permits.
