AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALES TAX ON A HYBRID VEHICLE PURCHASED BY A MEMBER OF THE MILITARY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to provide an exemption from the sales tax for purchases of hybrid vehicles by persons stationed overseas in the military.
Statement of Purpose:
To grant an extension on the sales tax exemption for hybrid vehicles persons stationed overseas in the military.
