AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE USE OF TIPPING FEES TO FUND THE GARBAGE MUSEUM IN STRATFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to make a grant-in-aid from the municipal tipping fee fund to the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority for the purpose of funding the Garbage Museum in Stratford.
