AN ACT CREATING A UNIVERSAL ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE REGISTRATION SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a universal registration system for all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) be created and that the proceeds from registration fees be used to construct and maintain dedicated ATV trails.
