AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING LOAN FUND TO ASSIST ELDERLY TAXPAYERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 204a of the general statutes be amended to establish a revolving loan fund to assist elderly homeowners to pay their property taxes.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide relief to elderly homeowners struggling to pay their taxes and to municipalities facing revenue losses from delinquent taxes.
