AN ACT REQUIRING A STATE-WIDE STANDARDIZED CONTRACT FORM FOR THE SALE OF RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a standardized contract form to be used state wide for the sale of residential real property.

To require a standardized contract form to be used state wide for the sale of residential real property.
