AN ACT REDUCING THE CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX RATE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the corporation business tax rate from seven and one-half per cent to six per cent.

Statement of Purpose:

To stimulate the economy, help create jobs and attract businesses to the state.
