AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF PREFILLED BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to prevent the use of prefilled ballots at polling places by making it a class C felony for a violation for use of such ballots.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the use of prefilled ballots at polls by making such use a class C felony.
