AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT MEDIATION PROGRAM FOR THE RESOLUTION OF CONDOMINIUM-RELATED DISPUTES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 882 of the general statutes be amended to require the Chief Court Administrator to establish a pilot mediation program for the resolution of condominium-related disputes.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a pilot mediation program that will provide for a more expeditious resolution of condominium-related disputes.
