AN ACT CONCERNING CONSUMER PROTECTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS OF ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to develop consumer protections for customers of retail electric suppliers.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide greater consumer protections for purchasers of electricity from retail electric suppliers.
