AN ACT CONCERNING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR NONDEGREE PROGRAMS IN REGIONAL COMMUNITY-TECHNICAL COLLEGES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to permit students enrolled in nondegree programs at the regional community-technical colleges to be eligible for financial assistance.

Statement of Purpose:

To enable students enrolled in nondegree programs at the regional community-technical colleges to be eligible for financial assistance.
