AN ACT INCREASING THE PRIVATIZATION OF STATE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create incentives for the privatization of state services and to increase the use of nonprofits in the delivery of certain state functions.
Statement of Purpose:
