AN ACT INCREASING THE STATE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT AGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require normal retirement age for state employees to be sixty-five and the early retirement age to be sixty.
