AN ACT CONCERNING SHARING THE STATE SALES TAX WITH MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a portion of the sales tax be shared with municipalities and divided using a formula to be determined between the municipality hosting the business that has generated such sales tax and other municipalities in the state.
