AN ACT CONCERNING A CAP ON STATE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the payment of retirement income in excess of one hundred thousand dollars to any member of the state employees retirement system.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit pension salaries of over $100,000 to former state employees.
