AN ACT CONCERNING STATE FUNDING FOR FORMER ALLIANCE DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-262u of the general statutes be amended to require that any town that was formerly designated as an alliance district to continue to be funded as an alliance district for purposes of the education cost sharing grant, pursuant to section 10-262h of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a town formerly designated as an alliance district to continue receiving alliance district funding.
