AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CONNECTICUT OPEN FOR BUSINESS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to establish a Connecticut Open for Business program, which would provide businesses with a five to ten-year exemption from income or corporate business taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a Connecticut Open for Business program to encourage businesses to locate in Connecticut.
